Program Description: If you are an individual who enjoys (1) physical activity, (2) fitness, (3) sports activity, (4) working with people (young and old) and who is interested in their personal health and the health of others, then physical education is the discipline for you.
Ask physical educators to identify the most important aspect of their jobs and you'll likely to be told that, first and foremost, they are responsible for helping young people acquire the skills and self-confidence they need to participate in a wide variety of physical activities - while in school and beyond.
