Students who have met the requirements for graduation (and declared to graduate) at the end of the 2016 FALL, 2016 WINTER, 2017 SPRING, and 2017 SUMMER are all eligible to attend the Graduation Commencement Ceremony on Friday evening, May 5th, 2017 at 6:00 P.M.
If you are working with a student and they are planning to attend Commencement this spring (May 2017), the Student Records office must receive their graduation declaration and degree audit by March 22nd, 2017. We are encouraging students to see their advisor as soon as possible to complete these materials. The degree audit must be signed and dated by the advisor (we do not require the student’s signature, we take them signing in to declare in their Triton Pass as their signature). When the card is turned in to Student Records, a non-refundable graduation fee of $25 will be charged per degree, diploma, and certificate.
If you have any questions about the graduation process, please contact Lindsey Rial at ext. 1022 in Student Records.
