Intramural Activities

Iowa Central Intramural's provides opportunities for students and employees at all skill levels to participate in and gain benefits from sport competition.  We offer an array of sports and activities for men’s, women’s and co-recreational play and are continually accepting new ideas from the student body to help meet the needs of a diverse population.  Participation in Intramural's creates opportunities for leadership roles, physical exercise and involvement that may lead to life long activity and a healthier lifestyle.
