Iowa Central Community College Homeland Security Training Center is currently offering training for first responders in the following courses:
- ICS-100 Incident Command System – Intro
- ICS-200 Incident Command System – Basic
- ICS-300 Incident Command System - Intermediate
- ICS-400 Incident Command System – Advanced
- IS-700 National Incident Management System (NIMS)
- IS-800 National Response Plan (NRP)
- Foreign Animal Disease Response – Awareness
- Public Information Officer Course
- AWR-160 WMD Awareness Level Training
- Terrorism Prevention/Preparedness for Law Enforcement
- Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings
- ALERRT (Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training)
- Bull-Ex Fire Extingisher System
- The Inforcer forcible entry door
All instructors are trained and certified to teach the above-mentioned courses. There are no fees associated with training. Training can be conducted on-site at requested locations.
