*If you are currently attending high school, submit a partial high school transcript for acceptance to Iowa Central. A final high school transcript is required to be sent after graduation.
A student may be accepted by the college, but some academic programs may have additional admissions requirements including academic qualifications and other criteria.
**A necessary part of this preparation is being aware of the student’s strengths and weaknesses and their goals. In order to obtain this information, Iowa Central requires COMPASS, ASSET, ACT, SAT or ITED (jr. year) scores so they can guide students to appropriate coursework and to eventual academic success. ACT, SAT, or ITED tests have usually been taken during high school, but for those who have not taken them, Iowa Central gives the COMPASS or ASSET tests free of charge to its students (there is a fee for testing for other schools).
